At Card Masters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Card Masters account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel and any original accessories into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer to ensure safe transit.
Drop Off the Parcel
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
